What You Need
1 1/2 quarts green, uncooked peanuts
1/2 cup salt
2 1/2 quarts water
What To Do
1. Wash peanuts thoroughly, until water runs clear.
2. Put clean peanuts in crockery pot, add salt and water; stir.
3. Cook, covered, on high 5-7. Add additional water during cooking, if necessary, to keep peanuts covered.
