Three Pepper Steak Recipe

What You Need
1 beef flank steak (1 to 1.25 pounds)
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
3 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
What To Do
1. Trim all visible fat from steak and place into 3.5-quart crockpot.
2. Remove stems and seeds from bell peppers and cut into strips; arrange strips on top of steak.
3. Sprinkle salt and red pepper flakes over top, then add remaining ingredients.
4. Cover; cook 6-7 hours on low, or until steak is tender.
