Three Pepper Steak Recipe
This Three Pepper Steak recipe contains 165 calories and 6 grams of fat per serving, although those numbers will obviously go up or down depending on how lean a cut of meat you wind up putting into the crockpot.

What You Need
• 1 beef flank steak (1 to 1.25 pounds)
• 1 yellow bell pepper
• 1 green bell pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 3 green onions, chopped
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped

What To Do
1. Trim all visible fat from steak and place into 3.5-quart crockpot.

2. Remove stems and seeds from bell peppers and cut into strips; arrange strips on top of steak.

3. Sprinkle salt and red pepper flakes over top, then add remaining ingredients.

4. Cover; cook 6-7 hours on low, or until steak is tender.
