This Casserole in the Crockpot recipe makes 4 servings.
What You Need
1 16-oz. package frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained
3 cups cubed fully cooked ham
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 8-oz. jar processed cheese sauce
1 cup milk
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 celery rib, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
What To Do
1. In a slow cooker, combine broccoli and ham.
2. Combine the soup, cheese sauce, milk, rice, celery and onion; stir into the broccoli mixture.
3. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until rice is tender.
