Cheddar Potato Slices Recipe
This Cheddar Potato Slices recipe cooks in the crockpot and makes a great side dish.
What You Need
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 medium baking potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
What To Do
1. Mix soup, paprika and pepper.
2. Arrange potatoes in bottom of lightly greased crockpot. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Spoon soup mixture over cheese.
4. Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours, until potatoes are tender. Keep warm (on low) for serving.
