Creamy Crockpot Potatoes Recipe
This Creamy Crockpot Potatoes recipe makes 6 servings.
What You Need
2 pounds small red potatoes
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 packet buttermilk ranch dressing dry mix
1 10-oz. can condensed cream of potato soup
What To Do
1. Clean potatoes, then quarter them and put into 3- or 4-quarter crockpot.
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and ranch dressing mix, mixing well.
3. Add condensed soup to mixture and blend well. Pour mixture over potatoes and cover crockpot.
4. Cook 7-9 hours, or until potatoes are tender, on low heat. Stir before serving.
